We are a small family run farm with deep Christian beliefs and conservative values. We left the big city life to pursue our dreams of raising our own meat and poultry and becoming more self sufficient. Along the way we have met many like minded people who are looking for quality beef, pork and poultry that is free from hormones, steroids, vaccines and antibiotics. We take great pride in being the stewards of these animals and believe it is our duty to honor the animal by providing them with a happy life and harvest them in a humane way.

Our farm grown Berkshire pigs are bred and raised on our small farm. They are bred for superior meat quality and fed only a high quality feed that enhances the marbling in the meat making for tender, juicy pork.

Our all natural meat chickens are pasture raised from about 3 weeks of age , where they spend their days foraging for bugs and grass. Never any hormones, steroids or antibiotics.

Our Black Angus Cows are grass fed and grain finished, making for the juiciest, most tender beef.
WHAT IS KUROBOTA (BERKSHIRE) PORK?
Kurobuta is a heritage breed with flavor superior to commodity pork. This premium pork is known as Berkshire in England and Kurobuta in Japan, where it is considered the culinary equivalent of Wagyu beef. Kurobuta contains abundant marbling for a heightened flavor profile and higher pH which creates a deep pink color and an increased moisture content. The result is pork with robust juicy flavor, tender texture and a hint of natural sweetness.

We have had the chicken, the carcasses along with their recipe for bone broth is my go to. Thanksgiving turkey like no other as well as the Berkshire pork. Most recently we tried the chorizo and it was amazing, it was so lean and delicious, I never cared for chorizo in the stores because it is so oily and over seasoned I had no idea it could be so good. We also tried the seasoned turkey burgers, Annie recommended a grilled pineapple on top with a brioche bun and they were fabulous. I wished we lived closer so I could stock up more often because once you try their meats you don’t want anything else. Thank You Circle C.

I’ve had turkey, quail and chicken eggs, ALL wonderfully rich. fresh & AMAZING. The chicken is lean & & meaty & actually TASTES like chicken. It’s been SO long since I’ve had a healthy bird, I’d forgotten what they tasted like. Factory farmed birds are flavorless. I’ve also hadpork roast (truly lean & tender) pulled apart for tacos & the chorizo is amazing in any potato or egg dish! The turkey burgers are phenomenal. I like them with cheese on a bed of arugula. I’ve also had various samplings from the garden, and the freeze dried parts as dog treats, are second to none!! No fear that my dog will get sick, or worse , because the regulations on pet food are a sad joke. Also, the bone broth… delicious medicine in a jar!! No one is producing a better product with as much love & care! You can literally taste it!!
