NEW YORK STRIP STEAKS

We have had the chicken, the carcasses along with their recipe for bone broth is my go to. Thanksgiving turkey like no other as well as the Berkshire pork. Most recently we tried the chorizo and it was amazing, it was so lean and delicious, I never cared for chorizo in the stores because it is so oily and over seasoned I had no idea it could be so good. We also tried the seasoned turkey burgers, Annie recommended a grilled pineapple on top with a brioche bun and they were fabulous. I wished we lived closer so I could stock up more often because once you try their meats you don’t want anything else. Thank You Circle C.

I’ve had turkey, quail and chicken eggs, ALL wonderfully rich. fresh & AMAZING. The chicken is lean & & meaty & actually TASTES like chicken. It’s been SO long since I’ve had a healthy bird, I’d forgotten what they tasted like. Factory farmed birds are flavorless. I’ve also hadpork roast (truly lean & tender) pulled apart for tacos & the chorizo is amazing in any potato or egg dish! The turkey burgers are phenomenal. I like them with cheese on a bed of arugula. I’ve also had various samplings from the garden, and the freeze dried parts as dog treats, are second to none!! No fear that my dog will get sick, or worse , because the regulations on pet food are a sad joke. Also, the bone broth… delicious medicine in a jar!! No one is producing a better product with as much love & care! You can literally taste it!!

We really enjoyed the New York Strip Steaks. Tender and flavorful.

OH WOW, these were SO yummy. In fact, we already got another round of them, and I'm sure we'll do it again sometime. So good.
