22-26 lbs. of our 100% Purebred Berkshire Pork raised locally on our small family farm. No hormones, antibiotics, steroids, or vacs.

Cuts include:

2 pks of pork chops (bone in and/or boneless)

1 pk. sirloin pork steaks

2 roasts (1 un-cured ham roast and 1 shoulder (butt) roast)

2 pks ground pork 

6 pks. sausage (country, maple and/or mild Italian)

2 pks. cured bacon

1 pk. cheddar Brats

1 pk. ham steaks (cured)
