PORK CHEDDAR BRATWURSTS

I don't always love chorizo, this is the best I have had. Looking forward to using it again!

I only wish it was bigger so we could have more leftovers. We smoked the roast yesterday. The meat was tender and flavorful. We really enjoyed it!
