PORK FAT

Amazing as always. Makes for great jalapeño poppers.

Honestly such great food and piece of mind knowing it’s history. They are the best brats we have ever had

I don't always love chorizo, this is the best I have had. Looking forward to using it again!

I only wish it was bigger so we could have more leftovers. We smoked the roast yesterday. The meat was tender and flavorful. We really enjoyed it!

Excellent chorizo!! Would highly recommend!
